Hall and room hire

COBHAM UNITED REFORMED CHURCH – HALL LETTING

The Church Hall, adjoining Harding Rooms and Kitchen are available for hire at the following rates:-

• Church Hall                                                            £11.00 per hour
• Harding Rooms alone                                              £11.00 per hour
• Harding Rooms hired in conjunction with the hall           £5.50 per hour
• Kitchen                                                                  £3.00 per hour

Regular users are required to enter into a formal written agreement. For any  one-off event full payment in advance is required to secure the booking.

Agreement to let the premises for any specific purpose shall be at the discretion of the Church. For children’s parties, an upper age limit of 9 years shall apply.
