Sunday ServicesOur main Sunday service is at 10.30 a.m. with communion on the second Sunday of each month. All ages begin together before children head for their own groups half way through. The 3rd Sunday is Big Sunday School called 'Seekers'. We are fairly informal, no robes and things, and we use a variety of music types, Wild Goose, Songs of Fellowship, Mission Praise,as well as the URC hymn book, "Rejoice and Sing". During 2010 we shall again be following the themes studied privately and in groups using "Light for our Path". This will change in July when we shall be reliant on visiting preachers.
After morning service there is a chance to meet one another, share what God has been doing etc over coffee. Donations are invited to support a charity, which, at the moment is Scottish Love in Action, supporting a children's project in India. On the first Sunday each month, except August and January, we have a short 15 minute Early Bird service at 9 a.m. followed by a continental breakfast.
After worship on the first Sunday Traidcraft Goods, are on sale in the hall. Prayer for Healing with the Laying on of Hands & Anointing is always available, just tell the duty elder when you arrive, or ask to see the minister. This is us Praising God for the Birth of Christ at the end of a Nativity Service.
